Path Management

GFA Node Flipping:
• Click to select a node
• Use Flip Button for selected node
• Red dot = incoming end
• Green dot = outgoing end

Vertex Resolution:
• Resolve Vertex - Logical graph connections
• Resolve Physical - Red/Green subnode connections
• Click to select a vertex
• Choose which paths to keep
• Creates new vertices for each path

Linear Chain Merging:
• Select any single node in a linear chain
• Use Merge Linear Chain to automatically detect and merge
• Algorithm traces backwards and forwards from selected node
• Only merges non-branching nodes (1 in + 1 out connections)
• Stops at branch points (nodes with multiple connections)
• Preserves external connections to/from the chain
• Click merged node to see chain details and export sequence
